Not happy with your tablets? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund — no need to send them back.
If you've used our tablets and you're not happy with the results, email us at ciao@qualitanapoli.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll refund you in full.
You do not need to return opened tablets. Opened packs can't be resold, so please simply dispose of any remaining tablets responsibly with your household waste.
Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To return an unopened pack:
Email ciao@qualitanapoli.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, with your name and order details. We'll reply with our return address.
Post the pack back to us unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Return postage is at your own cost, and we recommend a tracked service.
We'll refund the full price, including any original delivery charge, within 5 days of receiving the pack back. There is no restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, email ciao@qualitanapoli.co.uk with a photo if possible. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back and you won't pay any postage.
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail and send a replacement or give you a full refund.
All refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe within 5 days of being approved. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more working days to appear on your statement.
