We are completely confident in the quality of our espresso machine cleaning tablets. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days and we will make it right — either with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.

We will respond within 24 hours and arrange your refund or replacement.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No — you do not need to return the tablets to receive a refund or replacement. We trust our customers.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ciao@qualitanapoli.co.uk with a photo if possible. We will send a replacement at no charge by the next working day.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund.
